Things that are new to you:
+ my hair is bright red again. not all of it, but that would be interesting, maybe i'll try that next time.
+The Dyckman is now Brewster's at the Dyckman with new owners and new managers. awesome. But i'm tired of serving. it's tempting to just get some retail job. but i'd never make as much money :(
+i'm getting a little antsy and i want to take a couple of trips.
-i want to do a weekend in chicago, there's an exhibit on Pompeii i would really like to see, and i
always enjoy chicago in general. Theatre, concerts, bars, museums, bars, easy public transport,
bars....
-maybe something where i get to take a plane. i'm addicted to the feel of take-off.
-no, poland is too far($$), and too soon($$) but australia next year sounds nice.
i really haven't done much traveling in the states. never been to yellowstone or the grand canyon or anything. all of our trips when we were little were to see relatives, so i've been to So. Dakota a million times and California and New York a million times, but nowhere in between. Road Trip??
(this is all triggered by the fact that i get my grant money and tax return at the beginning of Feb.)
