105 Weds- 500 Yoga/walk -- A plateau, I have reached a horrible plateau! -- 225
105 Thurs- 100 Body conditioning class/walk -- 200
Friday-400 Walk/Bikeride/abs
Sat- 200 Yoga/walk
Hmm...the less I eat, the more I gain...now that doesn't make much sense. I'm thinking I will restrict tomorrow and Sat. and have a higher intake on Sunday to give the metabolism a boost. We will see. I know I can't keep beating myself up about not losing this week, it is what it is and will come down eventually.
P.S. I hate my thighs.
