D.A.R.E. is obsolete. Not that it was a hard program to defeat. It defeated itself; I don't know anybody who was actually influenced by D.A.R.E. Anti-drug programs in middle schools can now be reduced to two hours with one easy solution: cancel the motivational speakers and anti-drug classes and replace them with a screening of Requiem for a Dream. That movie will scare you out of doing drugs. It's effective.
Also, if you're watching it on your own, don't start it at 11:30 at night. That doesn't make it easier to watch.
