101 update/Stayin' Alive
1. Get a job. May include part-time jobs, temporary jobs or jobs not in my field.
I was hesitant to mark this one off, since I've really only been going into the office where my mom works a couple times a week and scanning articles from veterinary journals. But, by these criteria, it counts.
2. Get a cat (or two).
I was planning on adopting a cat when I got my own place, but since then I've decided to take our cat Stevie from the house instead. I think he'd like being a single cat. And I love him to bits, even though he's a grouch.
21. Visit my grandma and grandpa in Illinois.
Went a couple days for Thanksgiving.
28. Visit my aunt and cousins in California.
69. Attempt to make hummus.
91. Get an oil change. (Yeah, I'm overdue.)
I came to the coffee shop today to in hopes of getting a couple of good hours in on my incomplete, but I've ended up just getting caught up on blogs and such. Oh, well. The good news is I'm actually starting to make some headway on that incomplete. Finally. I'll be glad to have it out of the way.
While looking over my 101 list, I realized that the Mother of all Sidetrack Nights is tomorrow and I still haven't made my "Best of '06" CD. D'oh!
