I am having crazy sleep problems.
At night, I cannot fall asleep.
During the day, I cannot stay awake.
So I started doing some chemical alterations. First just Benadryl at night to put me to sleep. Only sort of works.
Then coffee in the mornings to stay awake. Had a big cup of coffee two hours ago, and I'm already on the edge of falling asleep.
I have a roughly regular bedtime of 12 midnight (though when I fall asleep is a different matter), and wake up 8 am every day (or rather, set the alarm to 8). Except when I wake up at 8, I'm too tired to get out of bed. If I decide to stick with the schedule and get up, I'm falling asleep all day. If I give myself extra hours of sleep, then I may or may not be falling asleep all day. Either way, it does not affect the fact that I will again sleep badly that night.
Auugh. What's going on?
