Fictional cities meme
So confettiofstars tagged me:
List 5 fictional communities in which you would like to live, list the sources, and then tag 3 random friends.
These aren't in any particular order. Books, tv, anime and comics...
1. Super Dimensional Fortress Macross (Robotech)
2. Babylon 5 (Babylon 5)- maybe a trader or a Starfury pilot
3. Pern (Anne McCaffrey) This fandom was my first, so I'm nostalgic. I always pictured myself as a crafter, maybe a weaver or healer.
4. Gwynedd (Katherine Kurtz)
5. Opal City (Starman comics)- probably the only DC fictionopolis I'd want to live in -- very cool and swanky and retro.
Much as I adore Atlantis (I'm through season 1 now), I agree it'd be one of those galaxies I'd rather not live in. "Of course, in all fairness, life-sucking aliens weren't part of the brochure." That would be one hell of a commute!
