Viva La Vivo?
yesterday was spent conquering the next new mega-mall by the sea, R & I had dinner at Anatolia @ Far East plaza before we headed off to Vivocity, I was curious about how huge it was made out to be........the last time I saw it was during a site visit last year while I was around the area to check out whether one of the customer's idea of converting an old, low-rise ferry terminal into a hotel was feasible........now that Vivocity is up, I think there might be potential for a successful business..... I personally like the idea of al fresco cafes by the sea........Cafe Sea Breeze?
this arvo was spent @ the gym, I skipped my workout for nearly two weeks and the trainer was rather upset over my lack of enthusiasm.....so I had to explain that it was due to this proposal which I had to write to refinance one of the customer's loans......it's quite a nightmare figuring out how to analyse the cashflows/project & finding my way through the ever-changing information system before I could churn out the scorings for the facilities to be granted....which makes me question why did I ever get myself into this in the first place?
since I was less caught up with writing stuff for the project this evening, I finally made time to buy a poster for my room, something which I had procrastinated for some time already...........so I drove off to Ikea in search of one of those off-the-rack posters which was framed & ready to be hung up.....hmmm.....fast-food posters, how convenient.
