The good: Picked the car up this morning and it seems to be fixed. The shop found a clogged valve that seemed to be responsible for the misfire. They also performed some kind of cleaning process (it sounded like he called an "engine fog," but I can't be sure). So!  We... have a second dog.  Sammy is now named "Sydney" and... is here.  And... yeah.  I brought Darwin to the shelter for a meet-n-greet, and he and Sydney got along fine, running and playing like they'd known each other for years. I particularly hate the people who get pets, and then dump them at shelters for stupid, idiotic reasons.  While some of us are forced to say goodbye to the animals we love, these fucking nitwits just ditch them without another thought.
