Sometimes I do leave the house
Tonight was the 1st edition of Screening Liberally, the new offshoot of Drinking Liberally involving movies *and* beverages. It coincided with the Animation Show 3 which was also at the Mayan. Excellent stuff. (One of the nifty clips is online at http://www.eatpes.com/game_over.html ) Very sparsely attended SL event, but hey, it was the 1st so not to worry.
Fun weekend coming up...Friday apparently we're doing a sleigh ride of some sort in the mountains somewhere (I don't know...somebody else planned it, I'm just showing up.) Saturday is a hot springs? Then Sunday after an early-ass airport run I'm going up to Winter Park w/ Stephanie. I'm excited. She's a better skier than I so she'll be slumming it on the blues with me. I've never been to Winter Park, so that'll be 2 new ski areas this season. Woohoo! That's 3 days in a row in the mountains. Hooray
Also fun from this week...I got The Prestige in the mail Tuesday (same day it was released on DVD. Sometimes Netflix makes me smile.) Excellent movie. Christopher Nolan may be capable of making a bad movie, but he has yet to do so.
Today I administered the first IIEF (International Index of Erectile Function) at work. That was...interesting. But it went well.
