ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!! (and here's a two-monthly update while I'm pimpin')
Yeah, it's been almost two months since an update :p First, the major points:
First up - It's my birthday today! I can no longer pretend I am a youth, at 26 I am officially grown up! (and can't use Mogenic anymore :p tho last time I checked it was down. And it sucks anyway...) Not really doing anything for my birthday at this stage, though I reserve the right to throw a party at a later date :)
For the few of you who I haven't seen in ages, Jason and I have been going out for the last two and a half months. If you don't know him, here's his MySpace (which I finally hassled him into getting *grin*), or his gaydar - I'm pretty sure I've introduced him to pretty much everyone, but as devinjay says "It's not official until you post about it on LiveJournal".
I have blonde streaks in my hair! Got them put in a few weeks ago while Jason was getting some done. I love them, everyone else has been positive about them (except Beck, but she doesn't like the pic of me on MySpace with the teddybear either :p) - there's photos on my MySpace, of course :) and if you dont have a MySpace, you can see them on my gaydar...
Loving my car... and I got personalised numberplates for it! They look very hot :) You can see photos of the plates on my MySpace, or if you don't have a myspace login you can try here, here and here. There's also cute photos of Jason and I on MySpace :)

Besides that:
- I got bitten trying to rescue a domesticated galah that was hopping around on the road - managed to rescue the bird but have a scar on my finger as a result :p
- Went to the Perth Zoo for the first time in years and saw the Sun Bears - they're so cute! Got stuck in the gift shop too :p
- Jason's mum (she's a personal trainer) took me for a BodyPump class - last time I did one was when I went with Devin a few years ago, and while this one didn't destroy me as much as the last one did, it was still pretty evil!... makes me want to do it again :p
- Still been sticking to the gym thing and going 2-3 times a week - kai_el_solo has been piking a lot more, but I'm getting used to going on my own rather than piking too...
- Helped mum paint her house a bit over Easter - dunno how she's managing to do it by herself, it's pretty evil, especially painting the ceiling and having the paint fall on you!
- After a great dinner with Stefan and Jason on Wednesday at Monza in Leederville (I recommend it!) we went to Club 7465 (where Pink used to be... I worked out 7465 spells "PINK" on a phone :p) which was a lot of fun - impressive drag shows! Expensive cover charge and drink prices tho... but the place had the same great Pink vibe :)
- devinjay flew from Singapore over Easter, and stayed with us a bit during that time - we also had dinner at Giardini with the Breakfast Club, it was great to have Mum, Antonio, dougra, quog, devinjay, Cassie, kai_loi, volancia, ianh_au, Jason and I all together... great food and wine, and fantastic company. Just like old times :)
- Saw Weird Al while he was in Perth with titanica, Ollie, Jason, Chris, Helen, Mum and Antonio - he was amazing, we all loved it :) He started off with his new songs, but quickly moved into a string of favourites - and finished up by playing the entirety of Albuquerque! *so excited*
- And probably lots of other things that I can't remember right now...
