If you will be in Budapest I recommend to try the line M1 of local metro. It's the second oldest metro line in Europe:

As I see it is not so popular/loaded, as here, or in moscow, or spb.

It depends. Old line isn't very popular since it is short and covers only center. Other lines are popular indeed.
