Big brother in action or new dangers for smugglers

Another video from Delfi-TV. Several days ago personal from a transit train Kaliningrad-Kharkiv putted several boxes with contraband cigarettes through the window when on the way in Lithuania. The place were they putted the cigarettes was clearly initially appointed with the local smugglers. And what is interesting - all them were captured ... All this with the help of aerial surveillance systems. At the place three local smugglers were arrested after arriving to the place and when the train arrived to Vilnius two train crew members were arrested too.
