Football week is over :)
Football week in Kaunas is over. Yesterday Lithuanian team in a tough fight lost their game against world champions - Spain 1:3. Anyway it's not the shame to loose the game to the world champions in a such really tough competition.
And I also know the recipe how to determine which team will become the next champions of the world or at least will play in the finals. You don't ? Simply look before the world championships which of the teams are in the same group with Lithuania for the qualification to the next European football championships :) This rule successfully works for the fourth consecutive time :) Now Spain, earlier Italy, even earlier Germany (they played in the final against Brasil in 2002), etc...
I wanted to make yesterday photos of Spanish torsida but since the temperature here was about 0-2 degrees they all were in the bars, restaurants, malls , etc. And there were very few of them on the streets :)
Only this video report from TV Delfi shows the Sara Carbonero - girlfriend of Spanish goalkeeper Iker Casillas - accompanying her boyfriend also in Kaunas. It's probably difficult to be a husband of Spanish wife :))

Last Friday here was also friendly match Lithuania - Poland. Lithuania won 2:0 :)) But most interesting things happened outside the stadium. Polish fans are well known internationally these days and they showed something outside the footbal here also ... The most interesting thing is that all conflicts here were sparked by the conflicts between fans of several Polish clubs - Cracowia Krakow, Jagellonia Bialystok and clubs from Gdynia and Wroclaw :) So some internal Polish battles were carried on here :)
