Early Morning Jog

For a while, I decided that I needed to take my workout up a notch, so I finally went for an early morning jog around the neighborhood. I had a pretty good pace at first, but then my calves and feet were like "Ow!" so I slowed down. Well, the calves sorted themselves out, but my feet didn't.

I think I'm going to have to change my shoes. I've got cross-trainers now, which are okay for everything, but good for really nothing. If my other shoes don't work out, I might actually have to look into running shoes. And with the other stuff I have to buy (clothes and gear), man, working out is expensive.

Well, after a shower and breakfast, I promptly went back to bed.

I hate mornings.
