This is so hard and I feel so false.
When I stopped in at soonToBeFormerMomRehab all manner of folks were happy to see me and Jillian the main nurse said she had been calling holy cross every day. The gal across the hall said she had been praying for mom. When I went back to the car the activities guy was out there with a bunch of folks, including someone in a jerry chair, enjoying the shade and air and with music coming from a nearby parked car. Another few ladies in power chairs were hanging out with the geese near the lake. I had never known that mom had been going outside regardless of me.
And I didn't tell any of these people that I'm moving her out over the weekend. Maybe I should have, I don't know.
Honestly I should have been taking a little out at a time all this time
