fucking life...
OK, so apparently when it rains it pours. My PC managed to get one of those clever little reboot viruses on it, and is now a fancy paperweight. So now you can remove AIM as a way to get ahold of me. Until further notice, AKA until I can get it fixed, if you need me you're gonna have to use one of the following methods:
- msg me here or on myspace
- email me (same effect really)
- call the house number here (before 9:30pm, ask me if you want it and dont have it)
I will endeavor to check myspace and my email at least 3 times a day before work, after work, and around 10. Unfortunately since I have no internet access at work, reaching me between 6:30am and 6pm mon-fri will be pretty much impossible.
If anyone has possible solutions (short of reformatting, Id like to avoid that if I can) please let me know. Otherwise... Ill talk to ya when I talk to ya.
Details on the virus.... I Was doing stuff on the comp, AIM and checking myspace, when I got a popup from my AVG. Before I could read it, my computer restarted on its own. Mid restart, it stopped the reboot process and restarted it. I get to the windows load screen (with the fancy logo and the scroll bar) and then it starts over. I am not given a chance to try and enter safe mode. Im using XP pro.
