End of Finals! :D
As of 5:11pm today, I am officially done with the last set of finals for my undergrad. At about 2:30-3:00pm eight days from now, on May 15th, I will have a Bachelor of the Arts degree in International Studies with a focus in Asia and a minor in Asian Studies. Unfortunately, my mother has also chosen this date to permanently cut me off from any and all funding from her. Which basically means that I have to pay my own $350 rent. T_T Such is life, I guess. Coulda given me a little leeway there though, couldn't ya? Sheesh.
Anyway, there will be a Graduation Party at my house in Ponchatoula starting at about 3:30-4:00pm on the 15th. There'll be margaritas and jello shots, cake, chips, jambalaya, etc, mostly snack-type foods, and, of course, me. ^^; It will continue past 5:00pm to who knows when, I guess maybe 7:00-8:00pm, for those of you that would like to come but have work. If anyone would like to come, please comment here or send me an email so I can give you the address and directions if you need them. I need to know how many of my friends will be able to make it so my parents can buy the right amount of food and stuff. ^^
