I have some form of computer-related freedom now, since Dad let me have my own account on his computer. It means that I can finally update my iPod again, and as a result I've been going a bit mad with loading all the CDs I've bought onto iTunes, as well as blowing my bank account on all the songs I've wanted in the time that I've been iTunes-less. I can also use Myspace and Facebook in my account, which was something Dad didn't let me do in his. I still don't feel like I have full freedom in what I do, though. Somehow I doubt Dad would be too impressed if he found me going on something like Gaia Online using his computer, or reading yaoi (which he still doesn't know I read, and I don't intend to tell him). Still, hopefully one day I will be able to afford my own computer, and then I'll be able to read yaoi to my heart's content!
I know it's already been reported on all over the news, but I still have to talk about the snow here. It's been amazing! It was snowing again today, but only very lightly, and it didn't stick. That was nothing like Monday, though, when the snow did stick for the first time in years! It started really heavily on Sunday night, and I couldn't resist running outside into the front, grabbing some snow off Mum's car, then running through the house with it to where Kyrie was smoking out back, and throwing it at her. :P She then chased me out to the front, and we ended up having a snowball fight at around midnight. I was only wearing a T-shirt, and I was soaked by the time we came back in! The next day we took the dogs out for a walk in the snow, and had fun playing "snowball fetch" with Sammy. And I couldn't resist running outside every single time it snowed, which may have contributed to the fact that I'm feeling a bit sniffly now. ;^^
I've also bought a new record on eBay, which I'm quite happy about. It's The Beatles' "Yesterday And Today", and I think its trunk cover may be a paste-over. If it is, I am *so* peeling it off! While I do like collecting things, I don't like having to keep things in mint condition, and never be able to touch them or play with them. So I'll definitely be playing the vinyl, and if there is a butcher cover underneath, I'll be taking the paste-over off to find it! The butcher cover looks much better than the trunk cover anyway, in my opinion.
And I'm so bored right now! There's never much to do, and Mum thinks it's wisest if we stayed in while the roads are so icy. Dad's not back from London yet, but when does get back I should ask him if I can kidnap the computer into my room for a while. At least I have more CDs that I can import...
