I just watched yesterday's CSI, and howled with laughter.

The scruffy guy with the goatee, Connor Durman, was played by Vincent Ventresca.  Who was my pick for Sara's brother right along, and who played Ed in Halfway to the Moon.

Not the role I'd have chosen, but delightful all the same to see him!  XD 

I've been working my way through the first season of War of the Worlds TV series, mostly to get to the second season to see Catherine Disher and Adrian-Paul-with-short-hair (I saw a couple of scattered eps years ago and was intrigued).  The first season is, alas, appallingly bad; badly written and very poorly acted for the most part.  Usually the ( Read more... )

I watched the latest CSI last night and spent the whole episode thinking "I know you from somewhere" about both the older FBI agent (Viggo?  Really?) and the corporation head.  This morning I remembered to look them up.

I don't know how widespread this is, but I found Seasons 1 and 2 of CSI (packaged together) at Target today for $15 total.  Look in the buy-mass-quantities/seasonal section for the DVD display.  

How did I not see this??  *mad grin*
