Since it's been a few hours since I woke up - and I did think about writing in the dream diary last night when it was fresh, but was just too sleepy to be bothered - some of the fine details are gone, but here it is...
Was at Dad's apartment, trying to relocate 2 smallish raccoons that had established themselves in there. Managed to get them into a trash bin - covered one with a clear plastic plate or cover and lured the second one in. Lifted the bag out of the bin, and it turned into a brown paper lunch bag that was folded over. I carried it outside to a park or field; there were other people there... The bottom of the bag was getting damp and I knew that it would open up soon, so I was quickly looking for a place to put the critters, and more than a little concerned about them biting me or something.
The bag opened and they fell out. Brother and sister raccoons, perhaps? Then the male transformed into a handsome young man (hispanic looking to me, but more sensibly Native American) and we were all inside a coal car on a frieght train. The coal car was empty but dirty, and was outfitted with metal bench seats. We were discussing something very important (me, the young man, his sister and other friends of mine or perhaps relatives - that bit is sketchy), and we didn't notice that the train had started moving. The wind was bitterly cold, and I was in my pajamas and not dressed for the weather, so the man raccoon let me snuggle up to him and he kept me warm.
I started getting very worried that this was a frieght train and it wouldn't stop anywhere where we could get off easily and I was worried about where it was taking us, when a conductor-type person showed up in a corridor that I hadn't noticed before to the left of the seating, and he determined that we weren't supposed to be on the train in the first place, and was calling to stop the train and throw us off.
I wanted to take the raccoons home with me, and then was a bit nervous about it (because I have several raccoon tails in the house and thought that would displease/upset them).
That's about it. Have to run out for a parent's meeting for the school play, anyway.
