I don’t think the British have really got Halloween. In America, it looks like everyone really gets into it - the kids dress up and go around the neighbourhood, their neighbours say “How cute!” and bring out the treats. This evening we received word that Charley the Great is back in town, so we had to go down to the pub to meet up with her and give her a second birthday. Charley's our old Youth Leader, and she's 30.
