Setting up for customersxlovelessxkittyFebruary 13 2009, 07:57:54 UTC
Ritsuka was wearing a white shirt with a crimson vest over it and black pants. He had no clue why he had to dress up like this and a red rose was in the breast pocket of his vest. His ears perked and he looked at his table. This was.... a lot for something as simple as Valentine's day, although Tamaki had gone on and on about the day of love and besides, Tamaki was also born in France apparently.
He glanced over to the door and prayed that nothing bad would happen this time. He supposed he was ready, no one had told him to do anything beyond wait for customers.
Sakura walked in with a brave face. Valentine's day was something different in this world than in her own. She looked it up after all and the change seemed a bit bigger to her once she stepped into the hall. Her green eyes looked around in amazement at the grandeur of the decorations, but then she caught sight of Ritsuka and the determination returned to her eyes like fire. Ritsuka needed cheering up still, and if this holiday involved exchange from both parts (and to her this party was more than enough of the male exchange) then she was going to immediately pay him back with her homemade chocolates.
"Ritsuka-kun, good afternoon." Sakura smiled, clutching a small plastic bag with a pink bow as she waved from the door and walked closer.
His ears perked as he heard his name called and he turned to look at the door. He smiled brightly as he saw Sakura and walked over to her. Bowing at the waist. "Sakura-chan," he smiled at her. "I'm so glad you came! You look so pretty!" He looked around and saw that the room was empty except for the host members he then turned back to Sakura. "You're our first guest," he pulled out a rose and handed it to her. "This is for you."
Sakura blushed as she was called pretty and offered the rose. She glanced down at the powder-blue dress that came down to her knees and billowed out around her legs with it's yellow longsleeve button down collard shirt under it; to her she didn't look particularly pretty. Sakura bowed out of politeness and to use her hair to hide a bit of the pink in her face. "Thank you very much Ritsuka-kun." she smelled the flower smiling. "I'm sorry I'm here before everyone else though." she glanced around noticing that indeed the room looked very empty.
"Oh no, don't apologize at all," he smiled as he pulled out a chair for her to sit down. "And it's my pleasure. Would you like something to drink Sakura-chan?" he asked before he scooted her into the seat and sat down beside her.
"Do you have tea?" Sakura asked as she was slid closer to the table by Ritsuka.
"Oh, and Kuri-nii and Fai-san are fine, they're really nice like normal, and Fai-san is really helpful when I don't know how to do something." her smile was broad and honest as she spoke.
A soft chuckle came out of his lips as he listened to Sakura talk about Kurogane and Fai. He knew, as well as her sibling, that it was a topic that could make her smile.
"And yes, we have tea, what would you like, I'll go get you some," he smiled as he stood up.
Ed looked around the room, amazed at all of the different decorations. Yuuko had sent Ed and Mokona on an adventure, but since then Ed still hadn't seen anyone else. Finally Ed found the only other two people the same age, at least that anyone knew of. Running over the hyperactive child had a huge grin. "Hiiiiiiiiiii, I'm Edward."
Ritsuka blinked and gazed at the.... boy? Girl? He blinked but then bored to Ed, smiling in greeting. "Hello, I'm Aoyagi Ritsuka. I'm sorry I was just about to leave to get Sakura-chan something to drink. Would you like something to eat or drink as well?" he asked since he was just about to leave to go get Sakura something to drink and he knew that it would be bad manners to not get her anything.
"Yaaaaaaay. Edward wants a drink." Ed was balancing a computer ontop of her head with the comm device attached. Painted on was the same symbol that appeared when she had hacked the network and messed with the codes months ago; though no one really seemed to notice at all. "Yuuko-person told Edward about today."
Sakura blinked and watched the exchange between the other two. This was a girl, she was almost sure of it, but somehow she had a feeling Ritsuka could not tell.
"I'm Sakura Kinomoto, It's nice to meet you Edward." she came closer, the initial shock of the other child's appearance finally had worn off.
