A Sudden Change in the Winds

This sudden change of the weather patterns of this world has caused me to momentarily stop my investigation on other matters to report the following. A poor little dragon sits outside shivering in fear as ice begins to form on her scales. She wonders how long she will last without warmth as her body begins to slow down, like that of her reptilian brethren. The cause of the sudden snow storm is little Sakura Keenomoto whose magic on other occasions has proved to be dangerous. This reporter advises the community to take part and stop this child from performing more illegal magic as she is clearly not trained yet to use it.
In other matter more people have began appearing in this world. These idividuals seem to believe this to be their home. When more details arise be certain that we shall be the first to report it.
