Murders, Curses, and the Witch Behind it All

The kidnapping of one Ritsuka, a 9 year old boy scared with cat ears has left this reporter baffled. It has been under strict investigation for him that I have taken all of my writing time to find where his remains might have been hidden by the notoruous Bellatrix Lestrange before her disaperance form this world. This reporter advises that in this holiday season all children be watched and accompanied by a figure of authority so that they do not suffer the same fate as the 9 year old victim of murder.
It seems strange that none of the members of the club he was involved in the Host Club sought him out, even when he had already been the victim once of kidnapping and torture. All interviews were denied by those in charge of the host club but sources say that they had given him over to the care of the Dimension Witch, who is the only known person that can escape this place, and still she refuses to send the citizens of Vortexx back to their homes. Did she make an agreement with Lestrange and hand over the child when she grew tired of it? At the moment that is uncertain but this reporter will keep investigating until I find this so called Dimension Witch.
At this time I would like to also advise that no one visits hot springs or events hosted by the so called Host Club for they are known to cause havoc. The latests event turning people into animals for reasons still under investigation. Anywhere from Dogs to gender swapping, it is advised that a Turgio charm be cast instead of going into water, in case the side effects of your curse still have not lifted.
