TV: fall line up news
first off, in memorial:
Medium. =c( I am sad already. I miss it already. having no more joe and allison banter and general love on the screen will hurt my soul. having no more actor-who-plays-joe on the screen will hurt my soul too, actually, but that's not the point. so i will watch the next two eppies with reverence and PRAY that they don't cliffhang me, omg.
the whole clan gets to relocate to san diego and all will be well with the world. or at least it better be, omg.
EDIT: MEDIUM'S NOT DEAD!!! CBS STOLE IT!!!!!!!! =C) i'm so totally okay with this even tho CBS is eviler than fox.
i suppose i should also mention that Without A Trace was canceled. I haven't watched it in years now, so i'm pretty ambivalent about it. but my latent Mag7 love demands it at least get a nod for a course well run.
second matter of business, WHAT THE FUCKING HELL?!:
they're revisiting melrose place. ... the only thing that can possibly be said to this is WHY?!?! isn't a 90210 resurrection bad enough??
also, someone's remaking 'V: the series."... and calling it "V" .... to which i'm equally as baffled. why don't they go for the GOOD scifi?!

Castle (ABC) ...
why?
because it's just awesome and nathan fillion needs to be on my tv for as long as possible.
Eastwick (ABC) ...
why?
Paul Gross is BACK!!!!!!!! THANK YOU, TPTB!!!!!
Human Target (FOX) ...
why?
because it's sorta like the pretender... the guy gets to be a new thing every week and he's in it to save lives.
Past Life (FOX) ...
why?
because it's about past lives & that's interesting. as long as they don't get freaky, myriad possible stories = win!
untitled NCIS spin off (CBS)...
why?
it looks entertaining like NCIS. if they make it another acronymn-named show tho, i prolly won't go for it.
The Listner (NBC)....
why?
because they killed medium. ::sigh:: ...Edit: okay, maybe not this one now that i have my show bk. perhaps as punishment to nbc i should boycott it. hmmmm....
Mental (FOX) ...
why?
because it brings in some of the crew from Prison Break (which they also killed. ::sigh:: )
Desperate Housewives(ABC)...
why?
because they got me hooked, damn them.
Brothers & Sisters (ABC) ...
why?
see DH. Damn them too.
Chuck (NBC)...
why?
duh. because Chuck Knows Kung-Fu.
The Mentalist (CBS) ...
why?
... i really don't know. Simon Baker's the only reason i can come up with at the moment.
NCIS (CBS) ...
why?
because Gibbs smacks people upside the back of the head and nobody ever threatens to take him to court for it.
Big Bang Theory (CBS) ...
why?
because it's the only sitcom worth watching and IT KICKS ASS!!!!!!
Lie to Me (FOX)...
why?
i like to learn from my tv sometimes. and i 'ship the leads like i still worked for FedEx.
Robin Hood (BBC)...
why?
because they're gonna kill more people off and i haven't decided if it's worth sticking around for series 4 yet.
Torchwood (BBC)...
why?
last season of the show. fannish devotion, plain and simple.
...and the shows i promise to at least catch every third episode of:
Supernatural (WB) ...
why?
because I can't believe they got renewed after dissing the fans in JtS and I really liked this season. LOL
Dollhouse (FOX)...

because Joss wised up and brought in at least ONE of his Firefly cards so I better give it a shot...

'cause it's entertaining when it's not being gratuitously yucky.
