speaking task

That's it, I'm going to have my TOEFL exam on July, 6th, about a month after my IELTS examination, In some way preparation for both of them is similar, especially for reading and listening parts. Some different aspects should be mastered for writing part. And there's a whole big difference in speaking parts.
The main compexity of IELTS is that examinee ought to speak to another person and as a consequence he should be able to answer questions immediately within some reasonable time frame. But examiner could give some time to came up with an answer (sure it will badly affect the score). On the other hand in TOEFL speaking section examinee have only 15, 20 or 30 seconds to think on his answer to the given question and nothing else - just after this time left answer timer starts and everithing said at this 45-60 second would be recorded and sent to evaluation. And my huge problem is that I can't effectively answer those questions even in my native language. Also I often can't remember proper words for ideas I want to express, and I can't make grammarly correct sentences during my speach if I'm trying to make it fluent.
