This morning just fucking pissed me off. So i lost my ID card a few days ago, but I'm convinced that it is in my room somewhere...so I refuse to buy a new one till I have ripped apart my room. This morning at 8:45am I went to catch the bus to class because it was fricken cold outside. I got on the bus and the bus driver grabbed my arm and said "where's your pass?" I definitely did not expect this to happen because 99 percent of the time the bus drivers don't ask and/or don't care. I explained to him that I lost it and I have to buy a new one, so he demanded that I pay him $1.25. I asked if he could just take my name down or something...even if I had $1.25 I wouldn't pay to go half a mile to campus. That's fucking rediculous. So he told me to leave. So I ended up walking 25 minutes to class, which made me 10 minutes late. FUCK HIM. What's the point of checking ID cards?? Who would want to take the bus from a student dorm to campus other than students! And I know I'm gettting more upset about this than I should, kinda like how I sent out a bitchy email to my residents telling them to stop ripping down the damn flyers and to sign the form on my door that I asked them to do a week ago. Eh, maybe it's hormones.
On the brighter side of today...one of my friends asked me to write their term paper for $100, and they said that they would throw in an extra $25 if it's an A. I know he was somewhat joking, but I was being 100 percent serious when I told him that I would do it. He said he would get back to me today...if I'm able to write a page an hour, that means that I would be getting paid up to $15.63 an hour. Nice. I could use the extra cash.
I have to participate in this 3 hour cognitive evaluation study for extra credit for psych today, and then I have to go straight to my 2 and a half hour Wind Symphony rehearsal. Right now is basically my only break. Well, I have to go to work in about 10 minutes, but it was good to vent.
Oh, and I might be staying here for part of winter vacation! I would be getting free housing, pay for just staying here as an RA, AND I would be working at the Art/Music Library. Yay for lots of money to spend on gifts for myself, and of course on other people :)
