BaCC; Plockton at the very beginning
I'm going to do a Build a City Challenge as well! There are many people starting a BaCC challenge at the moment and I really wanted to do one, too. I'll be using Nepheris ruleset, which can be found here. All of the sims you see are old sims who have been uploaded to either my journal or Pixeltrade at one point, with exception of Artemis.
Rho Perkins - family
Rho is one of those people who has a lot of ambition, but are too kindhearted to actually take action and be the leader of a group. Despite this, she found herself to be the leader after an earthquake destroyed their homes. Luckily, a lot of the families were outside the village at a local fair. A few were hurt, but only minor and the people were safe. Most of them wanted to rebuild the town all over again, but a few - including Rho - decided they had enough and wanted to go somewhere else, somewhere safer. Much to her surprise Rho wasn't the only one. However, she was the first, and that's why she is the unofficial leader of the club.
Sonny Wildsmith - romance

Jean Wildsmith - fortune
The Wildsmiths are brothers and sister. After a tree hit their house, they decided they had enough and accompagnied Rho on the next big adventure. Sonny tried to get their parents with them, but they refused to leave the valley they had been living in all their life. The three are good friends with each other, but like with all siblings, they can argue a lot as well.
Nora Pennigold - pleasure
Eleanor Clearwater - romance
Nora and Eleanor met each other in college, and being both alien descendants, they buddied up immediately. After all, they were the only two in the valley and together you were a lot stronger than you were on your own. The other sims were kind to them, sure. But they didn't fully understand what it meant to be alien. They are the best of friends and when Nora wanted to go along with Rho - having a secret crush on one of the Wildsmith guys - Eleanor didn't think a second about it. She wouldn't leave her friend alone.
Barry Grimstone - fortune
Paulie Grimstone - knowledge
Horace Grimstone - fortune
Barry, Paulie and Horace are three brothers. Paulie, as you might have guessed, is adopted, but that doesn't make him any less of a real brother than the other two. They were actually happy when the accident happened - not because of all the ruined houses, but because it gave them a reason to leave. They were adventurous boys and were often found roaming in the forests. The valley had become too boring and they just wanted to start anew. That, and Paulie always dreamt of getting a dog. And in the valley, dogs were prohibited.
Artemis Parkes - popularity
And last to join is Artemis, a gifted young woman who graduated from college with all A's. She was also active in many clubs, from martial arts to badminton and knitting. However when she made her way back into the valley after graduation, she went from popular girl to an unwelcome sight. People didn't understand her and her rather obscure hobbies. Artemis was more than glad to join Rho and the others, since she knew she would be surrounded by people who didn't judge her. Being accepted, that was the most important thing for Artemis right now.
So those are the ten sims who we will be following! I generated the families using the dice method from Nepheris. I will be playing the rounds as they appear in this post.
