underwear and a shirt. I have a roommate and bunkbeds. Bottom bunk
2. How many hours of sleep do you get per night on average? How much sleep do you need to feel 100% rested?
about 7.5, depending on hw. more on weekends. 8.5-9 would be ideal for the week, maybe 10 or 11 for weekends
3. Describe your bed... What kind of sheets do you have? Is there a headboard? What does it face?
faces my desk. Bottom bunk, "headboard" and footboard. green, sort of scratchy sheets. Many many pillows and mismatched blankets
4. Do you watch TV in bed? Do you read in bed? Any other non-sleep activities?
no, sometimes do homework in bed or read, no TV. what do you think I do in bed? *wink wink nudge nudge*
5. What environment do you need to sleep comfortably (sounds, temperature, darkness, etc...)?
preferably completely dark. I like white noise, like a fan. No inturruptions (AARGH PEOPLE COMING INTO MY ROOM WHEN I'M TRYING TO SLEEP!!!)
