So, umm, I graduated on Friday! That was exciting. Melanie, the girl in my course who was killed last year, graduated posthumously with distinction. Her mother accepted the degree, and it was just about the most heartbreaking thing I have ever seen. I wanted to thank her for coming, but I didn't know if that would help or hurt her.
