Random thoughts...
I feel like updating. I'm not real sure on what I'm going to write about... so hopefully what I say will make some sense... but let's just say you've been forewarned. :p
It's been an interesting couple of weeks.
My biggest news is that I got accepted to Messiah College on Tuesday. What an amazing gift from God. I am SO SO SO excited!!! I don't know that I'll be attending there for sure, but I'm just thrilled that I got accepted... it's a very comforting thought to know that I can go there if nothing else comes my way. :) So now I'm working hard on meeting a deadline for a 60% of tuition paid theatre scholarship that's due on Wednesday. Aah!! Have to write an essay and put together some pictures and stuff... I'm having a hard time with it, *cuz basically you have to brag and make yourself look good; which makes me feel wierd. But I'm trying my best. :p
Sunday was a wierd day. My friend Kristin (who I rarely see anymore) came to church... it was awesome to see her, but it ended up sending me back into a time of my life, with so many memories that I prefer not to think about too often. And in the evening, my friend Jeremy came to church... didn't get to talk to him, but seeing him made me kind-of a mess... I was talking to a friend about it after church that evening, and I got all choked up. Not sure why. I always react that way when I see him now. Wierd.
I am completely, entirely lacking motivation to do school work right now. It's all I can do to get through this school year. I'm so sick of school. Ugh. I'm trying to be diligent and have a good attitude.... but it doesn't always happen. It's so frustrating.
Dave has a basketball game tonight... it's a tournament so hopefully he'll win; if he does, he'll play Friday and Saturday. So we shall see!! :)
Anybody been watching American Idol? I love that show. :p I mean, some of the stuff I don't agree with, or think is right - but in general, it's a good show... it makes me laugh so hard. I love the cowboy dude. He's so cute and funny. ;)
Allrighty... Jonathan wants the computer so I'd better skeedadle.
