cleaning this place up a bit
i have never been attracted to a girl that wears white jeans. idk for some reason, white jeans are just either gross, metrosexual or indescribably unattractive. i really can't say why for sure
there is thing that people do when they are trying to prove a point.. it may be hard to describe here but it irritates the crap out of me.
ok say that someone is talking about their 401k for instance and they are trying to describe their thoughts on the topic while out with a friend at lunch. they start saying how the savings add up or whatever and to prove their point, they look around the table and thoughtlessly grab the closest thing to themselves. usually a cup or a napkin or just whatever is nearby. they grab the cup and start saying
"see the 401k is kind of like this... uuhhh this uh CUP! you fill it up with water and then you can drink out of it. do you see my point here?"
minutes pass in the discussion and the friend still doesn't get the speaker's point about the 401k. the speaker then says
"ok ok ok, the 401k is more like this... it's like this.. NAPKIN HERE!! you can take the napkin and wipe your mouth, the same way you need to diversify your investments."
ugh i can't sand it when people do that. take TWO FULL SECONDS and think of an appropriate example to present your argument.
