Lunch thoughts # 60
Things currently going on:
Tattoo - Despite my repeated claims that 'I've probably got enough now', I'm getting some more ink added to my left forearm tomorrow afternoon by Lauren at Steel Point. This'll be the third session she's done on me and it will be another vaguely biomechanical piece which I've designed to fit with the existing patterns.
St. George's Day - There's a big celebration going on near my house on Saturday. It might be fun. It might also draw a lot of idiots out of the woodwork; you never really know with St. George's Day. We might go out during the day and explore the festivities for a bit anyway. It's also Alicja's birthday, so there might be other festivities in the evening, depending on whether babysitting can be arranged for Zach.
Alternative Bring & Buy Sale - That'll be the family outing for Sunday. I always have a nice time there, and there may be bento dinner in Camden afterwards (if we don't spend all our money at teh sale).
Whitby - just over a week to go! I'm only going up for two nights this time, and without the family in tow, but it's going to be a busy couple of days, not least of all because of the DJing which I'm set to do at the Spa and the merch stall I'm co-running with Cyberandy. I've been working on some new Non-Bio material too and am hoping to debut some of it at the festival.
Kino - Despite the technical problems earlier this month, I atill think this is a great way to get my films 'to the people' so I've signed up to do the next screening, which is at Vibe Bar, Brick Lane on Thursday the 3rd May. I'd be hugely grateful to anyone who comes to support me! I don't think I'll go up 'in character' introduce the next film.
