The Northern Plague
It looks like I brought back more from Whitby than I'd bargained for - I have an evil cold and have called in sick on what was supposed to be my first day back in the office. This is especially bad right now, since it's a peak time of the year and there is probably hell on earth piling up in my inbox right now (I was astonished when they even let me take leave in late April). But there's not much I can do about it right now - infecting the whole floor with a nasty Yorkshire disease wouldn't be doing anybody a favour, so here I'm now sat, being serenaded by daytime television.
Actually, it's not been a totally fruitless day so far, since I unpacked my bag, did some laundry, spent quality time with the cat, got some WGT planning worked out, caught up on some emails and assisted in some home made soup.
Maybe it's time to get on with some animation work, once the soup is done with!
