I do believe I've been tagged by elfgirljen!

After yesterday's heavy rain, a large portion of Purley (my neighbouring town) was flooded. Right now, the long pedestrian subway leading into the local Tesco's überstore is still at least a foot deep in water and cordoned off for safety reasons. While walking through the centre of Purley last night, I saw a group of teenagers running away from the police near there - not an unusual occurrence in itself on a Friday night - but these teenagers were struggling to carry two huge inflatable dinghys and some oars! Unfortunately, by the time I'd been a good citizen and got my phone out to film this hilarious spectacle, they'd disappeared around a corner.

1. List seven habits/quirks/facts about yourself.
2. Tag seven people to do the same.
3. Do not tag the person who tagged you or say that you tag whoever to do it.

1) Since a very early age, I've been mysteriously drawn to eating olives.
2) I find it really annoying when I miss phone calls from people, then they waste their credit and mine by leaving a pointless voicemail to tell me they called, when I can see this just by looking at the phone's display.
3) I'd love to spend a lot more time doing things in the Second Life universe. It's actually quite merciful that my knackered old computer can't cope with running it for long periods, otherwise it would start getting in the way of my real life.
4) Since the London bomb attacks in 2005, I've been required by my employers to keep a 'survival' kit in my desk drawer, including a space blanket, bottled water, glowsticks and a single-use breathing filter. It's nice that my employers take my safety seriously, but I sometimes wonder if this is a loyalty test to see if I steal them and take them to Slimelight.
5) I'm supposedly trained to give CPR, although I've never had to test this so far.
6) The fascinating story behind my username is that, back in 2002, I was trying to sign onto a Yahoo chatroom and all the names I actually wanted were already taken. I started typing in any crap after a while. "Void," "void100" and "void1000" were taken... and the rest is history. For the sake of consistency, I continued using it for other things from then onwards. A truly inspiring tale, I'm sure you'll agree.
7) The small scar on my left eyebrow is the result of falling off a sea wall near Beachy Head when I was six years old (not from falling off Beachy Head, as maxrael misheard me saying last week!) This was unfortunate during my teenage years, because when Kris Kross was briefly popular as a rapper, most people at school assumed I was a fan and had shaved part of my eyebrow off to copy him.

There. Have I won a prize for doing that?
