I Join The Masses
Well after a long, hard fight, I have broken down and Joined LJ. What do you think for a First Timer? Not that Blogging is anything new to me, since I have a Blog on MSN, One on Yahoo, Then there is MYSpace, where I seem to live. lol. Lots of Stuff happens in my life, and it's funny that not all of it I share, I should, it's not anything I would hide. It's just that I seem to have no time to post about it, or HOW to post about it. Seems to always be the way with me, however, I do post, not often, but when I do there is usually a lot to catch up on and there is almost always a new picture of sorts, either hand drawn or digitally enhanced or created. I love to create things, so there is more often then not just pictures and pictures of things I do. And when I am not doing things like Drawing or Playing with Photoshop, I am Playing the Sims, or Playing DDR, Or even just kicking back and listening to my Music as I talk to my boyfriend.
I have been trying to get a feel for Live Journal, hoping that maybe I will make a lot more friends that like to do what I do.
That is, In case you couldn't tell;
Role-playing, I did a lot of D&D when I had people to actually play it with close to my home, Now, Most of my friends have moved to far to get together to play D&D, and the ones that are still close are not interested in playing it. Oh Well, This is why I am here. Make new friends, hopefully ones that play D&D close to me. LOL. And then there is the Role-Playing I do on the web-board I co-own with two of my friends, a story based RPG of Lord of the Rings. A basic gist of it is that Frodo has lost the Ring (it could have happened) and now Sauron is growing even more powerful, so much so that he has been able to re-form into his "Human" self. His Orcs are causing havoc and There are still others that plan to fight against him. It's one of those things where you have to look at it as "IF that did happen.... This could Happen". Though Tolkien was a wonderful Writer, he also would not object to people looking at his stories from another view, and this is what we do.
My friends and I are having a blast, though it would be more than fun if we could get more people to play along, this is really a case of "The more the merrier!"
What can I say. I'm Odd, and I really don't care if people think that I am odd, because it allows for more fun to happen. People who put the odd and the unknown down because they are scared of it are losing out, not just on fun but on friends.
So I think that I will end this post for now, as it is rather lengthy, at least by my standards, and in all truth I am running out of things to say. If you have any questions though for me, you are welcome to ask them, as I don't mind what people ask. Just know. I may not answer lol.
