Rounds 8, 9 and 10 winners and other announcements...
This is SO late, and completely my fault, but here are the banners for rounds 8, 9 (which were combined) and 10. hiddeneloise did an incredible job, as always, so I'd appreciate it if you guys showered her with all of the praise she so rightly deserves.
Also, our final round ended officially on November 5th, and while all of our entries were awesome, we only had three. We won't be doing a vote this time, but we'll still have awards. Technically, the community is closed. But if you were working on a fic for us, and you can submit it in the next two weeks or so, we'll still include you in the award process.
I believe vanessagalore is running a new fic challenge community now, so when she gets the details ready for that and posts it here, I hope you guys make the transition to her community so we all have more good fic to read.
Now, on to the banners...
For rounds 8 and 9, celtic_flicka took overall second place in every category for her wonderful and unique Lilly/Piz fic, The Things Guys Will Say... Congrats!
And taking first place, again in every category, was monroeslittle, with the awesome I'm the Hero of the Story. You got tons of votes for this, and you deserved every one of them.
For round 10, first time winner (yay!) maipigen took runner-up for Best Use of a Challenge with her fic, Open Window. Congratulations!
And absfabulous1 placed 2nd in Best Fic for her angsty Logan and Mac centric Unspoken. Congrats!
Last but certainly not least was the winner of Best Fic and Best Use of a Challenge, the overall round 10 winner onceuponapillow. Check out her deliciously dirty Logan/Veronica fic, Caught in the Act.
