No other holiday is based on flogging animals. St. patricks day is definately a kick ass holiday. It definately beats out the summer solstice, and makes everyone forget the Ides of March. Everyone is Irish on a day like today, and for those that are already Irish, they don't have to be ashamed about it on a day like today. Today I also learned St. Patrick himself was a genuine bad ass, he was a Roman slave and would knock bitches up. metaphorically.
