i'm positive about the negative, but I'm a little negative about the positive.
today sucked and was amusing at the same time. first, i got only about 2 hours sleep. around 8 or 9 AM went to somerset to help build a garage for one of the old guys who used to work in the machine shop. so that means all my machine shop pals were there. so I get there and everything is running swell, I then had to run to the home depot to pick up some more materials. I get back and most of the guys are punch drunk. It was hysterical, 2 passed out under a tree and 3 others were trying to put a frame for one of the walls up. I then got hit in the head with a 2x4 by my friend pete who was moving a piece of lumber. I had a terrible headache and then I noticed blood start to trickle down my face. At a closer look, I needed stitches, so I left and drove to the somerset clinic, they stitched me up (6 stitches) and I went back to get some more work done on the garage or at least try to and make it look like we were busy. After a while, everyone decided that we stop work and finish tomorrow, cause most of the guys were drunk. so then I went to Al Macs diner for a cup of coffee, then went to work across the plaza at Caliente. Work today was long and exhausting. I won ten bucks though on a bet, so that smoothed things over a bit at work. Tomorrow is my day off, if anyone wants to do something, call me. At any rate that was my interesting day. Off to watch a movie.
