drive-by friday
I am so going to spam you all starting this weekend...stayed up late last night to finish three B5 fics. Watching Primeval backlog on the DVR. I am loving this season. The Sanctuary fic(s) are proving recalcitrant. New fandoms...sigh. But I will persevere.
Christmas has been ordered and mostly wrapped. There will be late posting to WV although Amazon is delivering one on time. I am using the Post Office whenever possible for shipping because I hate the idea of losing the Postal Service. I watched the end of (omgno colorized) Miracle on 34th Street last night and teared up at the speech about the long history of the USPS. R was a mail carrier at one point in his many-varied employment history. I know they're not killing it as of now, but it's a matter of time if they keep going at it.
But enough! To work! And then to home! I didn't get that cake baked last night and I have to deliver it Saturday morning!! School Carnivals and Bagpipe Christmas this weekend!
