So, I discovered this red-chili coated goat's cheese in one of the local shops, which inspired me for tonight's dinner. I roasted some eggplant, zucchinni, red onions and red pepper and tossed them with the goats cheese and some rigatoni. Cheap, simple and FIERY. I'm gonna call this one a win.
