So I've become rediculously involved on campus, and I'm a lot more dedicated to some things then others.

My Get Real group is great- I love the people I'm in it with. It's a good time, and I look forward to it every week--and also Jen Yang is just hot, especially last week! wink. (I hope she sees this)
Voices is just a shit show. There are only a few people in it who are actually normal human beings. The people who I do like are absolutley fabulous, but I just can't wait to get out of there. I love to sing, and ever since I was little, it was an outlet for me, but what happens when singing is my outlet for the stress from Voices? It's all a bunch of divas who want to shine and show off, and put down others for their chance in the spotlight. I think all performing arts people are like that though, most of them are so egotistical, and are all about themselves and the parts they get- I can't stand it. Maybe I just don't like being in choruses, I hate how we have to stop every few bars and repeat everything. I just want to sing, and it makes singing not fun. I intended to quit after Italy, and in Italy I had a great time with all of them, but when we got back it was like "wow this sucks again". I've been to only one practice since Italy and I performed at Josh's memorial concert and thats it. I just hate being there. I'm sticking it out til the concert, only because my mom paid for an ad in the program (10 bucks says I wont even be in it again) and George is coming for it. The only pro to staying in Voices, is the Singers. They're all great guys, and they're so much fun to hang out with. How come guys are so much easier to get along with then girls? It's so frustrating.
APO (Alpha Phi Omega) -my coed fraternity- is great. The brothers in it are all really nice and friendly. I think we all just want to help others, make friends and have a great time, or else we wouldn't be there. When you put so many great people together, it creates such a great environment. We had initiation a few weeks ago, and inductions are in a week. Initiation was kind of crazy, it was pretty weird and ritualistic, but it was cool how every plegde class has to do it. I like traditions. Our pledge project is on the 30th, the same day as the concert, so thats going to be so hectic, but both are mandatory, so I'm gonna be running around that day.
Nursing is going great. I was picked to go to the candidates brunch, and talk to the accepted freshman. That was great, the girls at my table were so awesome, I was like "here! have my e-mail! please be my friend!" I really hope they end up coming, because they could all contribute so much to the school. They all had wonderful personalities. I gave them tours, that was so much fun. I love taking people around Villanova, because I just love this place, and I want others to love it too. Then I went to Discover nursing day, the same thing I went to my junior year when I first saw Villanova. It was some crazy Dejavu. Those girls were kind of shy, well I would be too if I was a junior in high school on a college campus for the first time, but it was still fun being the Villanova spokesperson again.

Ok back in an hour or so...
