Ok so I promised myself I would fully update, because a good 4 monthes of my life is missing.
Italy- Italy was just amazing. We went to Rome, Naples, Sorrento, Salerno and Capri. The first night in Rome was terrible though. Monika and I walked around looking for a phone, and she got pick-pocketed, and we were in like the shadiest part of the city, so we were about 2 second away from crying and screaming "This is sucha shithole country! I want to go back to America! No wonder we're the most powerful nation, we at least have fuckin phones on our corners!!!" It was horrible, and nobody spoke english, and they were mean to us. But the rest of the trip was incredible. The actual nice parts of Rome were amazing-the Forum was so cool. We spent a day in the Vatican, and I remember singing "One short day in the Vatican city, one short day to have a lifetime to do" ----only few will get that and laugh.
St. Peter's was probably the most incredible building I will ever be inside of. It is absolutley tremendous, and beautiful beyond words. Our tour guides were the cutest ladies ever too, they were so nice to us. The night life was great, it's so weird not having a drinking age. I loved being able to walk into bars and order drinks, or go into a store and buy bottles of wine. Every night in Italy was crazy, and memorible and so much fun. Night after night of QC was so great---we all got to know each other "that" much better. I really love the people I went with, and we'll always share that week in Italy together and all the memories.
Pompeii is the most amazing place I will ever visit. Wherever I go in life, nothing will ever compare to it. It's so huge- I walked around completley astonished.
Capri was soooo beautiful also. The water was crystal blue, and every inch of that island was gorgeous. There was this shady ass sky ride that took us to the top of the highest mountain. It looked like it was going to crumple at any minute, and it went so fricken high, but once you got to the top, the view was amazing. It was so beautiful.
So my first spring brake of college was so great, I was with amazing people who made it so much fun, and all it could be. I hope I can live up to it next year.
Ok, I'm gonna do some shit and come back and update more.
