Hikaru glided into the classroom, humming softly under her breath. She moved gracefully, in a great mood. She couldn't wait to tell Yui that she'd gotten the part of Juliet in the upcoming ballet. She glanced around, looking for her friend. Spotting Kiyoshi, she blinked once.

"Good morning...?" she stated, giving Kiyoshi a serene and welcoming smile. "I'm Tsukita Hikaru. You must be new. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask." Even though Yui was their class representative, Hikaru knew their homeroom well enough to realize that Kuro would probably annoy Yui before class even started. It was unlikely that anyone else would think to offer the new kid help.

"Arashi Kiyoshi," he hesitated before continuing. "Thank you I will be sure to ask if I ever need your help." Being social wasn't really thing but he had to be respectful and Tsukita seemed like a really kind girl.

Hikaru gave him a warm smile, but it faded instantly when she saw Yui. "Please excuse me." She stated simply, giving him a polite bow before turning away to walk over to Yui.

Yui did not want to come to school today but she had to or else her brother might stop going and drop again. She was released from the hospital early yesterday when her concussion seemed to have passed and she had no other serious injuries. Yui spent the rest of the day at home answering to Shige and had mentioned Red Tail when he had asked her who did this. Shige wouldn't probably go actively searching for the group because his own work and priorities came first. Everyone was looking at her she felt as she tried to make it to class, one of her eyes was still pretty swollen and both were black not that her face in general was in better condition. The hideous bruise on her neck for Burubado's weapon was hidden as her neck was wrapped up as well as her hands which she tried to use to protect herself from the red head's blows. It was very obvious that Yui was beat up badly and it embarrassed her and made her angry. She planned on fighting Red Tail again when she was stronger ( ... )

"Yui-chan...what happened?" She asked quietly after reaching the other girl's desk, a worried expression on her face. Hearing quiet comments and speculation, she shifted her blue eyes toward the gossips and gave them a calm stare. Tiny and quiet she might be, but her stare had people shutting up and getting interested in other things. She didn't have to be tough; she was perfectly capable of making people feel guilty and ashamed with nothing more than a look.

Yui sighed and took a breath she didn't want to take her anger out on Hikaru. "I got in a gang fight and my opponents were a lot stronger then me. I got beat up." Yui clenched her hand in frustration.

Hikaru was surprised that Yui lost a fight and her blue eyes turned a stormy blue-grey with anger. It was the same expression that Yui had seen when the tiny dancer dragged another girl by her ear at the ballet. The anger passed quickly, but was replaced with a thoughtful expression. "Yui-chan, how good is your balance?" She asked after a moment. She was practically emanating calm serenity as she came to some decision.

Hikaru's nature was generally too gentle to make her a good fighter, but she'd taken enough self-defense classes to know that balance, speed and endurance were essential. And if there was one thing that Hikaru could help with, it was improving Yui's balance and endurance. Since Hikaru was very expressive after years of dancing, her thoughts were easy to read. She would do what she could to help her friend.

Himura walked into the room and set his stuff down waiting for class to start. "Someone come up here and take attendance." he said as he flopped down at his chair.

Hikaru calmly walked to the front and picked up the role sheet. She didn't bother calling out names, she knew the class by face. She marked those who were absent and then put down the role sheet. "Sensei...we have a new student in our class. He will need you to assign a seat." She stated serenely, pointing out Kiyoshi.

"We have three seats available. There, there and there." she continued, pointing to each seat in turn.

"Let him pick, I guess after, an introduction." Himura said not even looking up from his lesson plans for later classes.

Hikaru looked at Kiyoshi and did a little come here motion with her hands. "Arashi-san...if you would please come introduce yourself to the class..." she said softly, giving him an encouraging smile.
