The mpeg2 is dead, long live the mpeg4.

• We will no longer accept m2v/wav files for vids.
• All vids must be encoded with LlamaEnc 3 - which is currently in testing for Windows, Mac and Linux.
• If your vid is not encoded with LlamaEnc 3, we will re-encode it with LlamaEnc 3.
• If you encode your vid with Llamaenc 3, we will play that file at the con.

The Gathering Source panel has spawned a survey. There's space to share info on DVD ripping software, torrent sites, and more. Opinions entered can be anything from "this is perfect and I use it exclusively" to "tried it, didn't work, never again" and even in between. it will soon be the time where many a vid will be uploaded to us (Challenge and Club Vivid deadline is 11:59 pm April 26, 2013 - two weeks!). To reduce the amount of teeth gnashing, I've made a few tools to help you out.

Maybe it was the zombies, who ever knew them to keep to a schedule? But we're up and running again -- let me know if there are any problems!

Which brings the panic alert level down a bit -- but you'll still be unable to fill out the submission forms. We hope this will be up and working soon.

This means that vid uploads are on hold, as well, until we get the situation resolved! I'm sorry for any panic or delay this occasions!
