Boo Hiss on all Finals!!!!!!

It has been a crazy week in Katie's life. Friday night was grand fun watching chick flicks with Deanna and Kim while eating mounds of pizza and chocolate :) To that I say: "Long live the Chunky Sisterhood!"

Saturday was spent pretending to study for a few hours then schlepping to Southhaven to see Better than Ezra, which I was really pumped about, just to realize that the concert was in the middle of an already muddy field, it was about to rain, and there was a tornado warning. If a tornado is going to hit, it's going to go straight for the fair with all the trailers and rednecks, so we decided to high-tail it out of there. We went to O'Charleys instead, which was SOOOOO much fun! It's been a long time since I've had so much raucous fun :) I'm surprised we weren't kicked out. By the way, Matt: you rock my face off

Sunday was insano busy, from a wonderful church service, followed by lunch and the sacred Sunday afternoon nap, followed by Amy Aucoin's masters choral conducting recital, followed by Christ Pres.'s "Bye Bye Barbeque", followed by Sunday Night Fellowship. Whew! I'm worn out all over again just thinking about it. Good day, but lots of stuff going on.

Monday, skipped Calc and went to Bio @ 9:00 instead because I had a doctor's appointment @ 11:00 that I didn't want to be late for. I ate lunch with Deanna, Becca, and Melissa, which was way too much fun. Spent 5 hours (that's right, FIVE hours) at the doctor's office (sheesh), then went with Deanna for ice cream @ Sonic. Went back to the room and studied for Chemistry test, then watched "The Sixth Sense" for the first time. It was a really good movie, except that I guessed the ending about 30 minutes into the movie, which kinda ruined it because there wasn't any huge revelation at the end that I didn't know about. I don't know if that means that I'm smart or just what. If you can explain it, lemme know.

Anyhoo, today I've been to Chemistry (I think I made a 100 on the test - WAHOOEE!) and Honors (the presentations were great, folks!). Off to eat lunch with the cool crowd and cram some more for my Bio Final at 1:30.

Carly, Deanna, Kim, Becca, and Vannessa: y'all are saints. Thank you so much for your support and friendship - I would have never made it through this weekend without each and every one of you. I love you!
