First off, Adam FINALLY got a job here where I work! Yay health insurance!
This is a huge load off of my mind. Adam will be making a decent wage and he will be able to get his allergy/asthma meds he desperately needs. Plus, I just know this place is perfect for him. Everyone here is super nice and they actually appreciate a dedicated employee. Plus, a bunch of our pals work here!
It's also a little sad that he'll have to leave the job at Planet Records where he is truly a record buying machine. I certainly understand working at a place where you are surrounded by what you are most passionate about. But when that thing is not exactly a hot commodity, you have to decide whether it's worth the lack of pay.
I am SO happy for my Adam. <3
A little less important, but nonetheless exciting for me, I finally got to pet that dang cat that's always hanging out in my yard! I think you know him as YARDY THE YARD CAT:
He's this super cute, super tiny cat that is always around and usually runs the other way when he sees us. Even our landlords said that they've never pet him. But now he loves me and Adam! Although, he's been loving Adam for longer. Whatevs. FYI, he is very soft. <3
