Backtagging: Sure, why not?
Threadhopping: I do not mind.
Fourthwalling: In dear_mun, sure. In an actual game, no.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Don't you talk about his mom in a bad way. :( Seriously, it makes him mad. Also, he is really inexperienced with the ladies and while he will deny that and make you think he's hot stuff, he has never actually been with anyone.

Hugging this character: If you're a 'hot babe,' then go for it. If you're a dude, he won't be happy and he'll probably punch you.
Kissing this character: Same as above. Except, instead of punching you, he'll really cause serious harm.
Flirting with this character: Same as 'hugging' if you're a guy. If you're a girl, he'll get a little flustered, but he'll be happy.
Fighting with this character: Scout loves to fight! Bring it on!
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): If you're fighting him, then I feel that injuries are pretty inevitable. He'll be injuring you too, though.
I don't mind writing graphic things, so if the fight gets really nasty and there happens to be a lot of blood loss, well, fine by me. That said, I don't know if I would like to make it a habit of writing really gory stuff, so if you want a really detailed, bloody fight, it'll have to be something that happens not too often.

Killing this character: Well, in TF2-verse Scout would just respawn after dying, but that's obviously not the case anywhere else. So, I would rather not kill him.
