I just signed Chris and I up for this 10k!

Tomorrow is Korean payday so I'll pay our entry fees then!

Looks like I'm running farther than I've ever run before!

That's awesome! Less than two weeks til my first 5K. :) I'm trying to decide if a 10K is a goal I want to take on. I'm leaning towards it, but after my LBL I think.

I can't wait to hear about your 5k.

When is your LBL?

I am having a pannelectomy the 1st part of November. I'm excited and nervous!

take care!

My LBL is scheduled for January 7th. :) Hard to believe my arm and leg surgery is only 18 days away now...

So jealous. I want my arms done more than anything else! Insurance will pay for my abstuff and maybe my arms but not in Korea... :-(

We're in kinda reversed situations I guess. I want my LBL more than anything else, but I'm starting with arms and legs since my abdominal region has already been operated on once this year, and I want to give it more time to fully heal.

We're having to pay for the arms and legs ourselves - 7,800. Could be worse. I do not know if the insurance will cover the LBL, but really they should cover the pannus since it has caused 4 documented skin infections to date. They're going to submit it after my first surgery and we'll see. Even if they decline though, I'll like still have surgery in January, self-pay, and then appeal seeking reimbursement for part of the procedure. I really need this pannus gone for many reasons.
