I just happen to be very lucky as far as my pannelectomy. I went in to see the general surgeon that will do it and she squeezed around on me and said all that I had was skin, no fat, and wanted to do it the 1st of October. I have to delay until the 1st week of November because I am going to Hawaii in October and don't want to miss that trip. I asked her about my arms and she said they won't do that here but if I can get to a military treatment facility that has a plastic surgeon then I should get it covered, but the surgery would be on a space-a basis with me being very low priority. I've HIGHLY considered going to Thailand for the arms, but am running out of time since we have less than 1 year left in Korea and I'm having the panni done here so I guess I"ll just have to be patient. I hope that your insurance will come through for you. It's insane that they'll cover things like viagra but one has to fight for stuff like this! I'm anxious to see how your arms and legs turn out! :-) Are you ubber nervous? I am. I just remember how painful it was to move after the c-section and I'll have twice the scar on this so am not looking forward to that with 2 kids at home! Oh well--when it's all over I'll probably not remember much!
